What is professional coaching?

Professional coaching provides help and assistance to an employee by offering an independent outside outlook. This can help a staff member facing a specific dilemma or period of self-questioning at any time in their professional career.

In practical terms and in what contexts?

Through methodology, targeted questioning and active listening, the employee learns how to take a step back from their situation and identify the solutions to their questions or difficulties.
